European Heat Pump Sales Increased by 7.4%
Golden times for heat pumps in Europe.
Sales of heat pumps in Europe are growing. There are several reasons for this.
Firstly, developments in heat pump technology allow heat pumps to be used in a wider temperature range. As a result, the number of buildings that can be heated in this way has increased.
Secondly, an increase in the production of heat pumps and increased competition in the heat pump market are reducing production costs. However, the profitability of companies operating in the heat pump market is increasing. This is due to the European Union’s energy policy which, as part of the move away from fossil fuels, requires the replacement of heat sources.
The third reason is the European Union’s energy policy and the energy strategies of the Member States, local governments, or individual cities. At present, there is a visible acceleration of investment in heat pumps. This may result in an increase in the purchase price of heat pumps, an increase in margins, and an increase in the cost of installation services.
This shows that good times are ahead for the heat pump market in Europe.
